CONTENTS

Pre-submission and permission are needed for all visitors including those from Tohoku Univ.
1) Permission from the head of the user institute
2) Risk control has been made for two weeks before visit(no group meal etc.)
3) No health problem.
In some case, we may ask you to collaborate with PCR test (it will be paid by IMR)
When you confirm avove conditions, then please submit forms below.
HFLSM Visitor Registration (by 2 weeks before your visit for users from outside of Miyagi, by 1 week in Miyagi )

HFLSM Daily entry registration is not required from Oct. 1.
